Is he? Because he even misspelled De'Aaron Fox's name.

I'm waiting for the Spurs to get Fox so the Magic can try to trade for Monk, Huerter, or Lyles, or maybe all of them. Hurry up Spurs!
Monk isn't going anywhere

Respectfully, I hope you're wrong!

This is also a a terrible trade for the Spurs, just not as crazy as including Castle. Again, he’s not worth the money he’s demanding in 2 years and he’s a terrible fit with Wemby. Why you wanna give up any first round picks for this guy? You wanna go all in for a rental or to extend a declining asset when your future GOAT candidate just turned 21? Why???!
He won't be a rental tho, he will extend for the max, it's the unwritten part of that trade

Also, the Kinga aren't giving up 3 Frp's, they don't have any real leverage

They're not gonna risk Fox and Rich Paul pouting and sabotaging and risk losing Fox for nothing in free agency next summer

They'll take what they can get, they are asking for Castle and 3 Frps but they know full well this negotiation ends with Vassel and two Frps

If true...man The Spurs will be hard to defend...given they have serviceable players left after trade.

Are you suggesting that the Spurs don't give up Castle or picks? Why not just say that the Spurs shouldn't trade for Fox period?

Don Harris does. Been a Spurs reporter for decades. Dusty gets a lot of flack on X for some things he's reported that others have disagreed with.

But it's getting wider spread among some other people I trust on SM and they're pretty much conveying a similar message. Right now, 4 team deal, complex, permutations may yet happen, deal not done yet, but look it's in these stages at this point.

Has to be either the Heat or maybe Brooklyn since SAC has been trying to get Cam Johnson

So? He is day-to-day with an ankle injury, not like he's out for the season with a torn Achilles or something

My guess: Spurs/Kings/Jazz/Nets

Fox, Huerter to Spurs
J. Collins, C. Johnson to Kings
Some combo of Keldon/Tre Jones/Harrison Barnes/draft compensation to Jazz/Nets

If it’s right, I’d bet Hawks or Nets involved.
