I am not high on Edgecombe's ceiling at all.
I get it, but everything you want from a player to be wired like a superstar, he has. Take him, see what he can do, and then move Maxey or something if he's looking like the real deal.
Not a seamless fit for what the Sixers need atm, but considering how bad the last season was, they just need more talent esp if they have to rebuild soon.

OKC guards are different though. They are mostly low usage, defense first guards. Spurs guards are high usage, offensive minded.

I think VJ has all-star potential. He reminds me of Wade. His improvement has beeen remarkable.

Re: NBA Draft Thread 2025
Charlotte should just take Ace Bailey and play him and Brandon Miller together as a lengthy wing duo like Risacher/Dyson.

I think this was the right pick by the Sixers, if he's so good you have to figure what who to move later that's a great problem to have!

They already have Fox and Castle. Are they packaging those 2 for something better? What's the plan?
Trade fox in a few years
In a few years?
I would trade him now. Why wait that long? Especially when doing it now would give more playing time/growth for Castle and Harper?

And unlike during the NFL Draft, there's no NBA network to turn to.
NBA TV isn't doing anything?
Nope. They have 2025 NBA Draft: Get to Know on. The Sun vs Aces will be on at 9PM CST after Shaqtin a Fool.

If Utah drafts that Center with the 5th pick, Kessler is going bye bye.

Steph Castle is a guard with All-Defense capabilities. And Dylan Harper we don't know what he is yet, he hasn't played any games. Cason Wallace was an offensive minded player too before he got to OKC, but that's not his role to start his career.
