If this is the kind of attention LeBron is getting these days (along with the CCP stuff), I think we're Witness to the end of an era.

1 game for Stewart and 2 games for Lebron seems fair

So LeBron is once again playing 357D chess while us mere mortals watch in amazement?

It was clearly intentional. League should suspend him 1 game. Not sure what to do about Stewart. Probably pissed that NBA protecting their meal ticket while he gets the shaft. Got to hand out some punishment I suppose.
Organization can be defined as an organized body of people with a particular purpose. Not random.

It is always interesting that guys built like Stewart always have the worst tempers. Not that this wasn't justified but those big muscly guys have similar temperaments. Mourning, Larry Johnson, Mason, Oakley, Maxiell, McDyess, etc.

The NBA can't be happy with the coverage they're getting from non sports media showing Stewart running all over the court looking the way he did.

I imagine they aren't happy with their most recognizable asset punching someone in the face, either.
But you're right that Stewart's multiple attempts to go around or through his teammates and staff was a very bad look.

He hit someone in the head with a closed fist and busted open his head, not far from his temple mind you, but what ever you say bud.
No kidding, hell Stewart looked dazed and maybe even has a concussion when he was initially talking to LeBron right after. His eyes just looked like he wasn't all there for a minute.

Also, boxing must be like a gladiator fight for you guys and I can't even imagine the number of deaths in kindergarten due to the toddlers punching each other on the head

If Jokic got 1 game, Lebron should get at least 2 considering this was worse but he will probably get no games suspended.

Even though you can't see it, methinks his elbow hit Stewart above the eye before the fist to the mouth. The fist looks to hit him in the mouth but doesn't look to go near his eye, but his eye has been really split.
So yeah, elbow to eye area, then fist to mouth, it happens so fast and at such a dodgy angle that it looks like it didn't connect, but it must've.

It’s possible it was both. Looks like the side of the fist/forearm lands more on Stewart’s face but the cut on his eyebrow could have come from Lebron’s elbow swinging backwards and slicing him open.

both should be suspended. both for obvious reasons.
their coaches defending either of these actions is a sham.

Lol you posted just before me but that’s how I see it as well. Elbow swiping across Stewart’s face is what cut his eyebrow open and he also catches a shot from the forearm/side of Lebron’s fist.

Re: Lebron fouls Stewart, leading to Altercation Pt. Duex
As someone who dislikes Lebron for a number of things, I will try and be objective:
- Lebron did hit Stewart in the face but I do not think it was intentional. He was trying to get Stewart off of him and his hand went further than he intended to....saying that, you intentions do not matter, results do. Lebron should be suspended one game.
- Stewart is actually more troubling in the fact that he would not calm down. I'm sure the blood on his face and in his mouth contributed to his rage, but he was nearly out of control and the running up the hallway as if he was going to come back around the other way was just too much. I don't know the proper punishment but he needs to get some counseling on being a professional. This is just unacceptable behavior.
My own personal commentary that I know will be taken the wrong way, but as a group, black people we let our emotions rule us too often. Sometimes it helps us but many times it hurts us.
Its very similar to how Russell Westbrook plays...he plays on full out emotion and aggression. Sometimes it helps, but imo it is not conducive in the long term. Saying it is emotion is not a good enough excuse, we should know better...we need to know better. Other races look at us and see that we are out of control. You cannot hold other people to a standard, we do not hold ourselves to. I get emotion, I've done things I regret out of emotion. It is not a get out of jail free card to act irrational.
Look at how Jokic handled his situation where he got fouled and he body checked Morris. Immediately after he did it, he knew he was wrong, he left the court and then in the post-game interview he apologized and said he was wrong.
I will be curious to see how Stewart and Lebron handles this situation......

Surprised all conspiracy theorists that think Lebron planned this did not mention that he waited to get 10 points first to keep his nba record streak for 10pt games to continue

As some have mentioned Lebron wanted to hit Stewart’s arm hard but Stewart was leaning his head really low so…
Stewart hit Lebrons fist, kick him out the league imo.

I'm pretty sure the images of Stewart's bloody face are more troublesome.
