Very Active 2K11 ONLINE LEAGUE: PS3 **TWO MORE NEEDED !!!

Just chiming in from the 360 thread, new recruit in there today that took down the 13-0 admin in his first game. Had to come here to say Trend Settaz should be banned from the league outright if he's spin dunking all game, that's NOT basketball.

"If you want some free lessons on how to become a better 2k gamer", Trend Settaz, go watch some **** basketball. There's game tape on youtube. There's tutorials on ball movement and how to set up dribble drives. Don't be a tool and resort to an unfortunate oversight by the development team just so you can grab W's and feel good about yourself. It can be stopped, but it's just a nuisance and exactly what people are trying to get away from by playing in a league on RealGM. I joined the 360 league to avoid the usual ranked game nonsense, I'm sure that's what the intention was here as well.

I think all of you are being sore over this spin dunk think, if it's in the game then you should be allowed to use it as you please, and if you don't like losing then stop b!tching and play better :-?

Do you not understand if done correctly, its unstoppable? Its a travel. Its a GLITCH, but whatever, glad its not happening in the 360 league.

Too many mistakes in this post.

First off, spin dunking once =/= all game. Where are you getting your info from? If you're going to chime in on something, at least get your facts straight, or else you'll make a fool of yourself. Ask Rondo how many 3s I made in that game, he'll tell you :rofl:

Secondly, if it can be stopped, then why are you crying about it? My guess is that you don't know how to do so, which is why you think it's a nuisance. Again, if you want to learn how to stop it, message me, and I'll teach you how. And clearly you haven't met me online if you think that's all I do.

Lastly, I don't give a f about those passing tutorials lmfao. You expect me to get 5+ assists with every player or something? No thanks bruh. I'm content with how I play 2k.

You joined the 360 league because you were tired of playing with people that mastered the game, and you thought that you would have an advantage over the league guys lmao.

But yea, you pretty much have no clue what you're talking about.

He actually did it 3 times. 2 of those were during the 4th quarter when I was catching up on him. Anyways I don't care who wins during a match as long as both players played fair I'm cool with that. My point is I joined this league to avoid all this nonsense and to play a fair competitive game.

I did the spin dunk once with 3 minutes to go, and I was up by 5 lmao. I didn't do it anymore after that. You tried it with Ginobli once, and failed horribly.

Wanna know why I "failed horribly"? Because I was trying to do a euro step (Which Ginobli does) and it turn into a spin move layup. You know with 3 minutes left to go every point counts. When you do that spin move dunk it's very hard to stop when you least expect it coming at you. I'm done arguing with you. I came to this league to play a fair game and it looks like that wasn't the case.

I played Trend settaz and he rarely uses that move, but he does shoot alot of threes lool

lol I doubt anybody is embarrassed over a video game. What your quote shows is that you need to over compensate in a video game to make up for your own insecurities.

Crap, my 2k11 disc might be messed up, keeps freezing my ps3. I'll try to get it fixed or get another copy, but if I can't by tomorrow then give Bulls the win OP. I would probably lose anyway

Hey this same thing happened to me a few times. Try turning off your internet in network settings and start the game. Then quit the game, turn on your internet again in network settings, and restart the game. It worked for me.

EDIT: I believe you have to delete some stuff too as the guy below said...player progression, NBA Today, and stuff like that...
