I almost get the sense that a lot of people are using the leniency on Draymond as an excuse for Ja, like Ja got screwed. No matter what DG gets, Ja deserved that suspension on his own merit. There's a difference of pointing out to use a different word to remove any perceived racially charged language Vs threatening to ban someone for insinuating it was racially charged.

Thug - "a violent, aggressive person, especially one who is a criminal." Green has assaulted multiple players in public. I think the core definition fits. I think you are right saying we should use better words but insinuating someone is racist just because others use the word inappropriately isnt fair IMHO
