Canadians are pretty respectful. Great culture!

Boos for Bosh will be just as loud as applauds for Halladay when he comes back.

Seriously... Did people just go looking for message boards to join after this happened?

Its irritating me and I'm a Heat fan.

Mostly the oversized sig things, its so damn obnoxious, I hate it. That's one of the reasons I like RealGM, they don't allow huge ridiculous sigs and crap that clutter up threads needlessly. And the "u mad" thing shouldn't even be allowed if you joined this board in the past year, I mean come on.

Who cares?

Still remember the Lets Go Raptors, VC Sucks chants right before the Nets killed them.

i wouldn't boo. this wasn't a case like VC/TMAC. Bosh just isn't that good. Most analyst agree that he is not a superstar and if we actually paid him 120m 6yr, we would be a mediocre team for next 10 years because we wouldn't be able to do much for 6yrs from cap room and will take another 4 years to actually build a team if that even happens..

so bosh leaving is a blessing. players come and go all the time and this is a case where both sides will benefit in the long run.

yeah I get the feeling his mislead/quit on this team he deserves to get boo'd. Come to think of it he's always been a cry baby because ESPN doesn't show Raptor games but he never took responsibility for it as the face of the team. Thanks for the 3 playoff wins Chris. It's pretty much a joke he makes the same $ as LeBron on the same team

Bosh was much better than T-mac while on the Raps, and is comparable to VC unless you believe that style>substance.

He'll get booed, but it won't be nearly the same as Lebron in Cleveland. Basketball is a sideshow in Toronto. Bosh's departure will have pretty much no impact on the city.

Heck the Raptors didn't even make the playoffs when Bosh was there. Missing the playoffs without him won't feel all that much worse - especially when they're getting a better pick.

Or a playoff round win at least vs 0.

Here is how it went down. Alot of fans speculated when Free Agency started that he was going to leave Toronto, nothing new. And then when word is confirmed that he will go to Miami to team up with Wade, it was all over the Toronto Sports Channels. Then they made a Poll in regards to Bosh, basically saying "Are you angry Bosh is leaving?" And SURPRISINGLY the majority said they werent angry at all. So it would look like Bosh generally would get an ovation or something when he returns.

Then the tweets happened, the sudden attitude change, and letting out the secret of how this was planned for a while, and all the other stuff he said really started to rub fans the wrong way. It looked like he was looking towards to FA and leaving more, than he did playing hard and getting the Raptors to a better playoff position (they were 5th seed at All Star break). Also fans remembered when BC said after the All Star Break that "Someone was in Bosh's ear" and with all these stories popping up, just put 2 and 2 together. And it got worse and worse.

So yea he was going to get a reasonable welcome when he came back at first, but his antics and comments really started to rub Fans the wrong way. Trust me, it wont be anything near as bad as what LeBron will get in Cleveland, but Bosh certainly wont get a Heroes Welcome in Toronto. Ex. We applauded Roy Halladay for leaving with grace and keeping his mouth shut, but Bosh didnt do the same.

I will boo because I personally think the quit on the Raps and checked out post allstar game.

I mean the guy sat out like 3-4 weeks with an ankle sprain while we were trying to make a push for the playoffs. I mean just tape that **** and play.
