LeBron didn't spend a second at the point that year according to Basketball Reference. Ricky Davis (68% of his minutes, before being traded), Jeff McInnis (100% of his minutes), J.R. Bremer (100% of his minutes, before being traded), Kedrick Brown (35% of his minutes, after being traded in), Ira Newble (15% of his minutes), Dajuan Wagner (33% of his minutes), Mateen Cleaves (100% of his minutes, with two starts in just four games) and Kevin Ollie (84% of his minutes) made up the majority of time at the point for the Cavs that year.

LeBron's minutes break down in his rookie year was 66% SG, 29% SF, and 6% PF. The following year it was 95% SF and 4% PF.

Baskeball reference is wrong (there are many times they just go by player height), LeBron played point guard until the cavs trade for Jeff McGinnis. Ricky Davis was never was the PG.

Lebron played PG his first couple of games for Cleveland his rookie season, then got moved to SG. Then obviously was moved to SF, he now splits SF and PF, and has played center in the Olympics.

even though he's often passive, I always liked his unselfish playing style. He's one of those guys who are instinctively aware of their teammates playing styles and always capable of passing the ball. You need these kind of guys to play smart basketball.

Durant played mostly SG as a rookie.

And he's playing mostly the same role today. He's just much, much, much better.

Almost every team he's played for, people have said they wish he would be more selfish. Diaw drives and has an open layup then passes the ball, that's just him.

how could someone let himself go that bad. He not only was able to play point when he was younger, he was probably one of the most versatile defenders i have seen. In the Suns/Spurs series, he guarded both Duncan and Parker and he actually did a very good job against those guys.

Diaw is one of the top non-star players whose career I wouldn't mind having.

I try to be that guy at the gym. I don't even care if I just get points on putbacks or not at all, as long as the team is running smoothly.
