This is all that needs to be said on this thread.

Unbelievable. Complete unsubstantiated rumor mongering. In fact, this is probably what Cousins was referring to in his quote.

Many of you should be ashamed of yourselves for kicking the Kings while they are down.

When there is actually credible evidence of a trade (which is extremely unlikely given what SKF 85 said above), then someone can make a thread on this topic. Until then, you folks need to control yourselves and stop making trouble. I feel like this line of conversation is no better neighborhood gossip about a family that is experiencing difficulties.

Wow Sac fans don't fall far from the tree..

The fact that the head coach is saying that any player is available should say something especially when you have a franchise player with the talents Boogie has.

You think those words would be uttered about players like Russ,KD, Harden or Curry?

You're lucky we even reply to you guys any more.

Trolled for years about moving and a done deal while our owners were doing everything they could to move the team for years waiting for the right time.

Trolled with some bs 4 on 5 stuff taken out of proportion.

Now all of a sudden everyone loves Boogie, we said he was someone special for years and had to deal with that too.

Long long day coming when Cousins proves most of you guys wrong, no he won't forget the hate and either will we, and we get back on our feet again.

If you were to say that it was stupid for Karl to say that, I would agree. Even if it were the case that every Kings player is available, his comments were thoughtless and insensitive. It makes me wonder if the Kings should have hired a younger coach with potential rather than a proven coach with an ego.

However, you've still have a very long ways to go to prove that that means Cousins is on the trade market. Karl making a tasteless remark to the media would be a different topic entirely -- and, frankly, it's not a very interesting topic.

Just to be clear the title clearly says "hinting" at "possible" trade.

Also with the way the front office has handles things this season, plus not to mention the years before, it would indicate that maybe both parties should move forward instead of prolonging the inevitable. Get something now before its to late.

Goodbye DJ, hello Cousins! If we're going to pay the big bucks for a center, I'd prefer to use it on a real star.

This is certainly the logical POV. But one must consider that in his short time as owner, Vivek hasn't exactly blazed a trail of logical decisions.

I love how every Fanbase thinks their offer is the best one.

I like the scenario Bill Simmons talked about with Vooch plus top pick for Cousins.

Vooch is on a good contract and still young. If Orlando can land Thibs they have the type of roster that Thibs will love.

Cousins and Paul hate each other. Pretty sure Blake prefers DJ, too.

There are probably 10 teas that could put together very legit packages for Boogie and because he's not a UFA next year, teams don't have to worry too much about him walking... I think many teams would take a shot.

As a Laker fan I do think we can put together an intriguing package if we keep our top 5 spot and especially if we move up to #1-2.

Cousins and Paul hate each other.

CP3 and Redick used to hate each other too before they were teammates.

Vuc is hardly even a positive impact player with how bad his defense is (and defense at the center position is incredibly important) and Orlando's pick will probably be 5th, which isn't good enough in my opinion, especially since Sacramento doesn't have the best track record with draft picks.

I think a trade needs to happen sometime next season otherwise Cousins is looking at some of his best years wasted away here. Sacramento has no clear direction, never has, and has one of the dimmest futures in the entire league even with Cousins. No one would blame DC if he came out tomorrow and demanded out.

The rest of Karl's quote:
“I know I respect him (DeMarcus Cousins) a tremendous amount . . . I think our give and take and our communication has been almost on a daily basis . . . until we can really get to a special place together, I think we’ve got to continue to communicate, what he wants and what I want.”

So, doesn't sound as strong to me.

Shame, I think Sac could build a winner with Cousins if they ever get their head on straight.
