For what talking about a article, that speculates on KD and why he might be interesting in joining the Knicks? I even said it was wishful thinking, maybe you should be banned? I might have been following the Knicks longer then you been alive. Dude show a little class!

Because the thread title is misleading, there are no substantial dots to connect there. All you have done is highlight how delusional Knicks fans can be. This isn't worth a thread, especially on the GB. Further more, this is just bad karma. Let's allow the chips to fall as they may.

I'm sorry for being harsh, but it's just my opinion. Let's be grateful for what we have now, and the future will work itself out.

Kobe also praised porzingis and right after some nut made a thread about Kobe joining the Knicks next year, lol.

The bottom line is..…
A) KD good friends with both Melo and Fisher
B) KD respects Porzingis game and praises him
C) KD father a huge Knicks fan
D) KD agent been very chummy with the Knicks FO of late

Then again maybe its just wishful thinking? But if Durrant was to sign this offseason with the Knicks, where would you rank the Knicks in the EC?

After reading the title, i only knew that a Knicks fan would have come up with this.

There are no dots to connect. The man hasn't made up his mind. NY is really a bad fit for any players wanting to flourish their career.
As far as Porzingis goes, he's a great talent. It'll take a few years to establish himself as elite. Stop putting so much pressure on the guy.

The awkward part of this thread is Durant has more links to the Nets than the Knicks.

Don't think Wade is needed tbh. That lineup with Afflalo instead could still beat anybody and it would leave more cap for a better bench.

Keep in mind Wade won't be able to play every game, can be had at a bargain and is somehow still saving the heat game after game.

If he comes as a bargain then yeah.

Free agency starts really early for Knicks fans... like in Novemeber... because they know their season is over by then...

It's very possible imo... sure he might have just been talking about KP like he would talk about any other player, but I like the way he gushed about him... it sounds like he's seeking to build a rapport with a potential star he plays with next.

With the exception to MVP award, KD has finished second to LeBron in virtually everything in their career... going to NY while LeBron shied away from pressure could one him up.

Especially when considering his father ran out on KD's entire family.

I wouldn't presume to know what KD wants or the reasons he'll make whatever decision he makes but I'd be very shocked if the primary motivating factors for him were having a couple friends on the team and who his dad roots for... Seems like extremely wishful thinking to me man. If he wants friends why not just stay with his very close buddy and career teammate WB? If he wants to win OKC and GSW are both obviously far better situations than NYK. If he wants a big market, which he's gone on record in the past saying he doesn't care about, then LAL is the best place to go, save the franchise and other people will come flocking. If he wants to go to the team his dad like....? Just seems like weird logic to me.

He not going to contend in the WC then, Spurs & Warriors have the WC on lockdown for the next few years. He better look at option in the EC and sign there.

Even KD + Curry to the 6ers would be contenders.
