I'm sure I'm not the only one in this thread (secretly?) thinking the Toronto Raptors vastly overachieved in this nba draft pulling two 30 PER players out of thin air perchance using some of Masai Ujiri's magic. Just incredible! The future is bright in the north, chiefs. Remember where you heard it first!'

Edit: wow someone already said toronto lol

Philly-Ben Simmons certainly accounts a lot for their grade, but getting Luwawu and Korkmaz where they got them was very nice. Also, it was good to see them not sell the farm for the 3rd pick. Dunn would have been nice, but I can't imagine what Boston was asking for the third pick.

Phoenix-I have no idea what Bender is and I think Chriss is a better athlete than basketball player at the moment, but the upside for those picks is pretty high. Ulis is a very good basketball player. Hopefully he'll be able to overcome his size deficit and prove how good he is.

Denver-They added a lot of shooting in this draft (Murray, Beasley, etc). Cornelie is a very nice prospect in the 2nd round as well (who can also shoot).

A lot of teams did well though. I praise Minnesota just for holding on to Dunn. What a core they have.

1. Philly (Screw Simmons, we all know he's going to be a force but how the hell did Lawawu drop so damn low?!?!)
2. Minnesota (I'm liking the Dunn pick, it gives them size at the 1)
3. Denver (Jamal Marray has hella potential)
4. New Orleans (Steal with Hield whos' basically going to do what Eric Gordon failed to do)
5. Golden State (They pretty much drafted exactly what they needed with Jones and McCaw because they know Barnes and Ezeli are gone)
The scariest question in NBA history.

1. Denver. Always seem to win the championship in every draft night
2. Philly. Outside the obvious, they struck gold for their 24 and 26th picks
3. Memphis. Grabbing two "lottery" talents in Baldwin and Davis

For me the two clear winners by a mile were Phoenix and then Memphis.

Hard to pick a 3rd but I'd say New Orleans did pretty well. Getting Diallo that late should turn out to be a good move.

Pheonix left the draft with their future frontcourt for the next 10 years. Also got a promising backup PG in Ullis.

I'll give it a shot.

Keep in mind, Sacramento pretty much did not get a close look at any prospects in the draft.

- However, they were able to flip Chriss for Georgios Papagiannis (#13), Skal Labissiere (#28), Bogdan Bogdanovic (#27 in the 2014 Draft), and a 2020 second-round pick. That's a hell of a haul for a pick that you had no visibility on. They're lucky that someone with upside like Skal was available so late.

- Malachi Richardson at 22 is not ridiculous. It's right where he's slotted in most mocks. Seemed like a blind pick based on draft boards and positional needs.

- Isaiah Cousins was drafted because look at that name. Too nostalgic.

Overall, it wasn't as Kings-like as most people are making it out to be.

Lakers and Phoenix for me there's a fight for number 3

Really happy with rockets draft went big with onuaku and Zhou qi (thought there was no way he would even fall to where we picked onuaku) plus got gp2 and Kyle wiltjer both of which should have been drafted...not top 3 by any means but still way more solid than I could have hoped for
