Why? I doubt he's harming the Spurs in any way shape or form...

I don't dislike him as an assistant. I just don't want him to be the next HC, and that's what's likely to happen right now. I haven't been a fan of how he coaches in Pop's stead at all.

gsw replaced him with a rookie coach and they became the best team in the league, not a good look.

GSW did good in spite of mark jackson, he's an awful coach - derek fisher tier.

Jackson's agenda became very distorted in Golden State. He is a religious preacher 1st, then coach 2nd. It became a very devisive thing in the end, and started to really get on peoples nerves. He's a good motivator, until he's not anymore. Had no clue about basketball tactics however.

Mark Jackson would be about the worst possible coaching choice for a post-Watson Suns team. (And in my opinion, a worst-case option for pretty much any team)

How does he coach differently?

I've always been interested in what Cassell could offer. He's well respected throughout the league and success seems to follow him in all of his stops.

Isn't Cassell a coach in the G-League?
Convert municipal and agricultural waste to refined natural gas. Sell the refined natural gas to gas companies. Use the money to provide a monthly basic income to people that earn less than $28,000 a year.

rex kalamian is a long-time assistant who was highly regarded on brooks' okc staff as well as the current toronto staff. i think he would be worth a shot somewhere.

1. No one has brought up Becky Hammon yet?
2. Three assistants who've passed through Minnesota have been rated very highly by media and by people around the league. All are actually coaches' kids. JB Bickerstaff, David Adelman, Ryan Saunders.
