Looks like it's L.A., maybe he hears out Philly still. Or a return to Cleveland, but that seems unrealistic after the Finals. No realistic path to Houston, Boston, or GS, if any of those locations were even realistic to begin with. Hopefully OKC can retain George, or San Antonio refuses to give in to the Lakers trade, only way to deny L.A. a super team now.

It costs Rockets too much now, sign and trade, take all of the veterans out now, use young players and picks to get LeBron.

I am pretty sure Sign and Trades can only occur if you have cap space.

Nope, you just have to have the contracts to match and be under the tax apron, which Houston won't be after bringing everyone back. Cap space makes it easier, but it's not essential.

If so Morey has his work cut out for him because cap space is a huge issue right now. Who's taking Anderson's deal? Are they letting Capela walk?

Capela can go, Lebron James is coming over.

It’s all just noise until something actually happens.

Lebron can still sign with anyone that has an exemption or for the min.

Both seem unlikely but possible.

Think he stays in Cleveland and retires in two.

DP has his “sources” too

Is there more to it than this? Doesn't he just say that he guesses LeBron opts out in this segment?

Yes, he says it in the beginning of his 3 hour show, can’t pin-point the exact minute mark, but he says that his source said LeBron is going to opt out. Here’s a link to his podcast broken up into 3 segments

Lebron is on vacation now, and he doesn't need and won't make a final decision until he has to (29th on opt in), and where he is going until sometime in July. Just another media guy trying to get hits....probably will happen (he won't opt in), but won't be a shock.
