Either way, if it’s a real jersey that’s a REALLY nice giveaway.

There are more Knick fans in NYC than Nets fans and anyone can buy tickets to those games. It is a troll attempt at Knick fans....and hilarious.

It isn't a troll attempt at Knicks fans. They're doing this to fill the arena. It is entirely about attendance. Last year the Nets were dead last in average home attendance.

Besides, 10,000 jerseys costs a nice chunk of change and I cant think of any franchise that would spend that kind of money on a "troll attempt." That would immediately get someone fired.

Might want to check your data buddy, the Nets tickets sales this summer have already surpassed sales from the 2018-19 season. The Barclays will be a packed house every night.

The hottest ticket in New York is in Brooklyn.

That should be no surprise after the Nets altered the NBA – and New York basketball – landscape, convincing Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving to team up with a jumpstart roster that willed its way to the postseason a year ago without the superstars. Now, with two perennial All-Stars inked, the borough is clamoring for seats at the Barclays Center.

According to Front Office Sports, the Nets have already surpassed their ticket revenue from the 2018-19 season. Mind you, it’s only July 9. In addition, Front Office Sports noted that June 30 – the day it was first reported that Durant, Irving and DeAndre Jordan were heading to Brooklyn – saw the most ticket sales activity of any day in Nets history.

Sbould have been a KD jersey, Kyrie wasn't their main target and they would have accepted any other 2nd option of Kev's choosing.

Failed troll imo.

I would just take the jersey and re-sell it who cares. I never wanted Kyrie personally, hate his personality and don't think he is all that. KD is a different story but hes coming off the worst possible injury so who knows where he will be.

Losing isn’t good for any team all I’m saying is their is to much history with the Knicks and msg for the nets to override you could put lebron and curry on the nets it wouldn’t matter. the nets aren’t even a home grown New York team it’s literally New Jersey spray painted with Brooklyn on the front.

You guys hold on tight to NY staying a Knix town we'll take the wins. I for one don't care about having more fans all I care about is winning.

They were the NY Nets in the ABA the only reason they went to Jersey is because da Knicks said it would be infringing on their territory. This is a Knicks town!

What historical moments do the Knicks have besides opponents taking a dump on your team in the Garden, again? Melo’s 62? That’s about it but I can recall every historical moment in Barclays recently over the course of now several seasons.

Every Joe Johnson game winner, Allen blocking LeBron, beating the Miami Heat in the semifinals at home with 20 threes in 2014, LeBron dropping 49 to beat us at Barclays, D’angelo dropping 44 in a historic comeback, Dinwiddie beating Harden’s 59 points, Deron Williams making 9 threes in a half, Dudley vs Simmons in Game 4, D-Wade’s Final NBA game at Barclays.

What have the Knicks done? Lose to the Pistons by 50 in the last game as a historical moment? Genuinely asking.

Oh stop it nobody will remember any of that if it never happened Deeper than the semi finals

Now the Jason Kidd Nets were historic. But thats New Jersey so im not sure if that counts

Both Knicks and Nets have no real history since the 90s or early 00’s in NJ

Tell that to my family. They know the season is about to start, and I always treat them to a game in the fall when things are fresh and optimistic, before things fall apart and the circus begins in the new year.

I asked them, and I kind of knew this would happen....."sooo, who do you guys want to watch the Knicks play?" I got laughed out of the room and proceeded to get 10 requests to go take the N train to Barclays.

The question I heard the most was....''WHY THE FUUUCKK...WOULD WE GO SEE THAT TRASH HEAP WHEN WE HAVE A PLAYOFF TEAM IN OUR BOROUGH WITH MR.RUCKER RUNNING THE SHOW???"

What people don't realize about Kyrie is, he has "the city game", the kind of game that gets oohs and ahhs, it's the thing other players love about playing at The Garden, and Kyrie is going to get to break ankles in Brooklyn and get those. The squares in Boston couldn't appreciate that aspect of his game......."pass it like Cousy, you ignoramus!!!!"

He's going to get lots of love, and his eccentricities are actually gloated about here..."so what, he's a free thinker, let him be, he's a smart young man who questions things" is the most common defense of him I've heard.

Knicks are dead in the water, and next year, after the city gets a taste of a late playoff run with Durant (hopefully healthy) in tow, the Knicks will be the Sterling Clippers of NYC...a **** team with a bad owner who fans want ousted. An organization that continues to tell lies to cover up it's ineptitude, sell tickets to appease shareholders and make profits from tourists who stroll into the Garden looking for something to do....no fans, no love, just a place to hang out with the Manhattan crowd, that's their future.

If you guys got out of your gotdamn forum and listened to what's on the streets and coming out of the mouths of other NBA fans, this cockiness would stop, but we don't, that's why we talk all this ****. I'm learning my lesson though. Living in Brooklyn, I eat **** every day so I know what I'm talking about.

But yea, now I see why we get laughed at. Only we can use the size of our city to inflate our egos and support such a **** team with such arrogance. I'm walking on eggshells and using the humble approach, I don't know how we can't after this disastrous summer.

And then have the gall to lie to our faces about their plans....didn't want Kyrie and Durant anyway.....  And the idiots who fall for it and are now towing the company line. "We are rebuilding"....yeah, would have been nice if KP and Barrett were a part of it together, but..wait...what did they want to do, again? Tired of this non-sense.

They got away with using NYC as an excuse, being the only team in town..."nobody wants the pressure of playing in the the Greatest City in The World, I tell ya!!...they're all pussies!!!!" I've said this myself.

No bud, it's the Knicks. This was their end, this season is going to wake these cocky suits at the Garden up and make them realize they aren't **** until they miraculously build something from the ground up, because nobody, NOBODY, is going to go to the Knicks now to end their curse against Durant and Kyrie looking from across the bridge.

John Wall loves kids. The Wizards star even has a personal foundation dedicated to helping disadvantaged kids. But he took it to another level recently with a guest appearance on the Disney XD show Kirby Buckets.

For a little background, the hero of the show is Kirby, who discovers a mystical orb in his principal's office and uses it to travel through alternate dimensions, according to Disney.

Wall plays himself in an episode titled "Orbed and Dangerous," going head-to-head with the principle who's obsessed with dunking on people.

Somehow, the Wizards guard ends up crossing over, then dunking a little kid while wearing a long, black wig. He even does the Nae Nae afterwards.

Great job, great effort at FIBA. Could've used some elite handles, shooting and finishing on that team, though, considering they didn't utilize that awesome team play that Popovichs Team USA was supposed to play, that Kyrie didn't have a chance to sabotage.

So why the Knicks? They were gonna sell that game out anyway, they didn't need to hand out anything, much less jerseys. My theory is, not exactly a troll job per se, but it might have been to deter Knicks fans from coming and booing Kyrie, and even the ones that do, it might soften them a little if they're holding a Kyrie jersey, maybe make them think you know what....Brooklyn is kinda nice, lots of trees!

Then somebody thought you know what, we can **** with them, too. Win/win.
