That many back surgeries. I've known several dudes that have had back surgeries. With pain so severe they were all prescribed Oxy and other Opiod pain killers. Many got off and went Marijuana. But for the many stuck on Opiods, bruh, you in a world of hurt and addiction.

Damn, add that to crush injuries to his lower legs and this mans gonna be living a life of pain. Let's hope he wasn't driving intoxicated or he'll be in prison as well.

Single car crash on THAT windy road probably could have been avoided. Hope he recovers similar to Kevin Hart. So many roads near big drops

If he wins a major after this the PGA should make an award and name it after him.

I am glad to hear this is not life threatening and wish him a speedy recovery.

Know the area. Its near Trumps Golf course. Speed is key. Reduction of speed.

Those things can knock you out pretty good. The time of accident was 7:30am. I doubt he was out partying all night or anything like that. Or could it all be as simple as a mechanical issue. Did he blow a tire?

The picture of how far off the road he was, he was clearly driving way too fast to crash like that at 730 in the morning in a single car accident. Something is not right here. I wish him all the best.

how about a shoutout to the Genesis SUV he was in (which is an all new Model that came out this year). It handled the crash really well to protect the occupant. I am really impressed.

2 years ago i think he was under the influence of pain meds when he got pulled over.

Serious question. How does someone that rich not have a full time professional driver? think of all the issues he could have avoided.

well think about the scenarios that drivers could be hired by his wife and whoever has some interest in him

Brutal to hear this. Avid golfer myself and well aware of how hard this sport is on the body...in fact, I think I've had worse injuries in golf than I had in basketball and I played a lot more basketball. Tiger just had his FIFTH back surgery and had been pushing hard to play in the Masters. I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if he'd been back on the painkillers with a vengeance.

It's interesting that Tiger was never a natural at swinging the club (hence all the surgeries) but he nonetheless emerged as the GOAT.

Tiger seems to throw safety at the wind. Big ego will make you think you are invincible.

Yes and despite all of the initial news reports, LA County Fire Department said they did not in fact have to use the "jaws of life":

these are pretty significant injuries that got repaired. his immediate risk is infection, and he faces a long road to recovery. Good thing about bones is that they do eventually heal. I would also be worried about opioid addiction issues given his past issues
