Pressure’s back on Phoenix now let’s see how they respond. Either way, the fans are the real winners if this turns out to be an epic series

Talk about a great post game speech to keep the team's fighting spirit. They did a ton of things wrong and still only lost by 6 on the road.
That's an awful post game speech.
If I were a HC I would've been honest and challenged my kids.
"You just let both Greek Freak and Middleton destroy you and your childhood dreams of winning an NBA Championship are fading and fading fast and this Milwaukee team doesn't fear you one bit. And they're not destroyed by INJURY like everyone else you beat".
That's what I would've said as a longtime suffering Knicks fan in order to light a FIRE into my kids while facing NBA reality.
Worst speech I've ever heard. He keeps preaching "3 games to win two" when he should be stressing one possession @ a time because two more loses and his kids DONT EVEN SEE A 3RD GAME!
He's setting his kids up for failure with that rah rah cheerleading mentality.
I'm a Jets fan. I've despised Bill Belichick. But coming off of two road loses? In his locker room? He would've MUMBLED and wouldn't have set his own kids up for failure like that.
F-.
I'm pretty sure Monty has a lifetime of NBA playing and coaching and he has a better idea of how to motivate the team over some random internet poster.
These aren't kids they are grown adults that don't need to be shamed into performing well.

Except in that series AD and KCP were both injured and LeAnkle at 50%.
LeAnkle looking fine when he was catching dunks off the backboard, then he starts losing and he’s injured again.

That Giannis block was one of the best i've ever seen, right up there with Lebron on Iggy.
Suns' fans can never complain about officiating again. Also terrible decision by Booker, he should know how many fouls he has.
Chris Paul was absolute trash. He just has to play to better, Suns wouldn't have been in the game if Booker didn't go insane.

Bucks will need a good, big game from Jrue to win this series. Just one of the next three. If its all Giannis/Middleton its going to be a Suns championship. They just need a good efficient 20-25 point night from him to help push them over the top. Hopefully its not during a Middleton off night so its not wasted.

I'll admit I was wrong about the Bucks. I thought the Suns were the better team.
I never thought the Suns were that good. But I don't think the Bucks are a great team either.
The difference is Giannis. Hes gone up to a level I did not think he could.

Agreed because khris most likely has a bad game.
Also, I fully expect CP3 to have a big game.
3 games left. Suns have home advantage, thus favourites.
In reference to our title winning year

Re: NBA Finals: Milwaukee Bucks vs. Phoenix Suns, Part 3 | Series tied at 2
I think, based on what I've seen, the most likely outcome is Suns in 7, closely followed by Bucks in 6.
Suns managed to win game 2 even though the Bucks looked a bit better to the eye and Bucks won game 4 even though the Suns were playing better for the most part. In both cases the home team won a game they weren't playing better. Shows just how important home court is in this matchup.
The thing that makes me just a bit optimistic that the Bucks can steal game 5 is that Giannis is in a much better condition than he was in games 1-2 (particularly 1) and CP3 looked a bit mentally lost today. Coupled with a bit of momentum and they may just get it done.
It's hard to see the Bucks winning another game 7 on the road and I don't think the Suns can win in Milwaukee, especially after today's choke job. So yeah, Suns in 7 or Bucks in 6.
Though I hope I'm wrong and the Bucks win in 7 and in a legendary fashion

FWIW that half-Nets still feels like the toughest team we've faced this play offs (IMO anyway). That KD was like like wrestling a **** bear. And that was just watching the game LOL

I just don't see how Milwaukee playing at home could change the series.
That's what I thought when I you said Bucks in 7.
Id, just like to clear my throat and tell the poster who said both of these things to kiss my ass.

All of Monty Williams’s corny bull **** makes me feel so much better about the Bucks winning this series.
The Milwaukee Bucks are NBA Champions.

Every button Monty has pushed so far in these playoffs has worked, even in this series. The DeAndre Ayton soundbite, and benching Booker in Game 3 were the right moves.
Sure the messaging may seem corny, but he clearly knows the pulse of his team.
Before the atrocious officiating where Booker should have fouled out 4 separate times, Booker committed a stupidly emotional 5th foul, which really changed the game (despite the margins not really changing - it certainly took Booker who was well on his way to going for 50+ out of the game).
I think the question is if Phoenix's young players are cooked mentally after blowing that game last night.
If they are, I think the Suns are done, and the Bucks win Game 5 and 6 by double digits fairly easily.
But Phoenix still has homecourt 2/3 games. If the young players are fine mentally, I think the SUns still have a solid shot of winning this series.

Ok... explains a lot. Right to be cranky privilege extended.
(But I do agree the ‘3 to win 2’ comment was odd. Monty is a coddler of toddlers)

I have no problem with what Monty said. It was tough but fair. Basically said you guys made some mistakes but no need to dwell on it, series is even and you have two of the three games (if necessary) at home.

Monty is a ‘nice guy’ coach. It might be too far of a leap, with his demeanor, to torch some asses. We didn’t and won’t see all the coach chat, but a few dudes need some get serious challenges issued.... else he’ll be repeating himself after game 5, sans the 2 outta 3...
He kid gloves Book it seems. I get it... ‘big star’ respect... but Book’s head gets dark and cloudy with the refs. He can’t let it go. And short circuits. Perhaps that’s what 5 yrs of beat down losses will do to you. But it’s the wrong kind of ‘angry’ to be using.
