The guards are taking off before he can even get set to throw a screen. Needs way more patience in the pick and roll from both guys

was so weird seeing Ellington run off and shoot a 3 while moving side-to-side. haven't seen that in a Lakers uniform since he first played for them

Harden makes him look viable offensively, but Claxton's real strengths are on defense. Also, it's not just Nets fans hyping up Claxton, there are plenty of NBA media/analytics guys who are high on him (Zach Lowe, Kevin O'Connor, etc.).

Watching Dwight vs DJ playing defense is so night and day. I’m surprised Dwight is still capable of being so quick in movements

Not true at all. He was on the right progression in 2019 before the pandemic.

THT has some real tunnel vision going on right now. Needs to be way more aware of the shooters he’s got around him when he’s on the drive.

what's weird is the Lakers are small 1-4 and are thus getting outrebounded, but the Nets are super "small" at the 5 where Brown is trying to score against Deandre. It's like screwed up 2K rotations

Love the addition of Monk and Nunn. I like that Pelinka always stays aggressive in the offseason. This team is going to have a ton of fire power.
