Yeah his body is a ticking bomb.
Probably NOLA already knows this, and they are choosing to get him ready for next season and pray he will hold up for a couple of seasons.
Also they get to tank this season, they need another high pick, even more if Zion is likely to get seriously hurt.

Some people get fat in the belly, or the neck, or the ass/legs. Zion just grows outward in every direction.
