Love how Herro starts backing away after hitting Nurkic until Martin(?) gets between them, then he's ready for a fight.

But that's that good ol' Heat culture for you.

When I see this kind of stuff it only raises for me the respect I always had for Danny Ainge (as a fighter).

I mean Nurkic set a clean screen. He may have had a slight lean to his body, but nothing close enough to be considered or bush league. He is just a gigantic human and when you run into a gigantic human without knowing he is there, it aint going to be pretty for you.

Looks like he screens, talks chit- then rolls to the basket. I could be totally wrong though.

Where is this footage? Do you pay for extra cameras? lmao

This is going to be a fight the Herro doesn’t win.

According to your logic, Tim Duncan doesn't deserve any respect.

The dead ball body check that injured Morris' neck and had him miss the next 29 games with no timetable for return while Jokic was hit with a one game suspension? I hope for Nurk and Portland's sake this isn't like that

But yeah, stupid play by Herro, both in the basketball sense and the real world sense because he'd get absolutely bodied by Nurk in an actual fight. I get that Miami was frustrated with the refs and that absurd Lowry ejection but Herro completely overreacted to Nurk showing him up after a hard but legal screen

Yup. Herro's gotta grow up. Only beta males react like that....no different from Jokic cheap shot on Morris.

I find it hysterical that people rooting for teams like Memphis and Minnesota can talk trash about Heat culture. It just smacks of jealousy. We've been where you want to be, repeatedly. Come on guys.

As for this play, it was dumb and dirty by Herro. He's better than that. That's not Heat culture...

What a dangerous, dirty play by Herro. Spoelstra should suspend him considering what he said after the Jokic incident.

You don't need to root for a winning team to mock HeAT CuLTurE especially considering their behavior this year.

Sure, mock a CULTURE that's produced three championships and six finals appearances and finds countless undrafted gems while your team is continuously in the lottery drafting guys who will be playing in Istanbul in four years. Makes great sense.

I'll pretty happily watch my team win with their two best players sidelined and a revolving door of guys coming in and out of COVID protocols while you mock the culture that makes that happen. The Heat are 9 games over. 500 while relying on players like Max Strus, Caleb Martin, Gabe Vincent, KZ Okpala, Ömer Yurtseven, and Kyle Guy.

Make fun of the culture, but understand that the culture is directly tied to the success...

Dumb reaction by Herro, but I'm pretty sure he was more annoyed at the way Nurk paused and then lolly-hopped over him.

He basically did the same thing to Trae a few nights before. (That hit caused Trae to miss the next game).

A 7 footer getting dropped by a little guard like that is embarrassing.

If that happened today he’d get roasted to China.
