John Wallace? Damn that’s random as hell.

He had a pretty good college career. He was also pretty popular during his college days in the New York area, so it's understandable.

I think every area has those sort of players. I remember back in the 90s and early 2000s, guys like Melvin Levett (who?) and Ruben Patterson had a big fanbase in the Cincinnati area. Kentucky had guys like Ron Mercer, Scott Padgett and Jeff Sheppard (again, who?).

Lol Melvin "the Levitator" Levett wow that was really a callback to early 2000's he had ups! Took me back to the Kenyon Martin and Chris Porter days!

Danny Fortson

In 2005, he averaged 16 PPG 12 RPG per 36 minutes off the bench, including a 0.682 TS% and 88% FT. One of the most underrated rebounders of all-time as well. What a G.

I have a long list of average or good players who I fell in love with, Bulls and non Bulls... if I have to pick one, all time, from my team maybe it's Captain Kirk Hinrich. I can't pick Manu, because I consider him a true superstar

recently I rewatched Dallas vs. Portland, the 1 round of the 2003 playoffs.

I got a reminder why I fell in love with the game that year. There was something magical about Mavs game and how the players moved. Michael Finley with his shooting and Nick Van Excel with his everything were such an entertainment itself.

If Gino wasn't a superstar, it's him; if he was, it's Tony Parker; if he was, it's Bruce Bowen, whose value to our three 2000s titles can hardly be overstated. Diaw's the honorable mention.

Manu, but I HATED that he flopped-a pioneer really

For my Bulls, Taj. The guy was tons of fun and worked hard for us. MAN, I wish we never signed Boozer!
