Durant, Irving, Harris, Curry, Mills, are 5 of the best 3pt shooters ever, so it seems right that we win a championship (or back2back or 3peat) in this era :olympics:

Strong playoff team? Fringe contender?

Just better than the total disaster they looked like at the start of the season.

back to the team-that's-few-inches-away-eliminating-the-bucks-so-if-they-beat-them-the-nets-automatically-win-the-championship-according-to-their-fans

Don't forget how Giannis purposely put his feet under Kyrie to injure him. Don't forget about that one.

Let’s put it this way , if Durant trim his toenails before game 7 Bucks would’ve been known as second round exit team

Yea if Kyrie wasn't purposely injured it would of been a clean sweep. They don't bring up that game where Nets spanked them by 50 points in that playoff series lol

It's working because Kyrie isn't there. Dude just does what he wants. Ignoring Nash's play calls etc. Before, it was him and KD taking turns, now they are moving the ball a lot better and that is because Kyrie isn't in the rotation.

Vaughn having Simmons come off the bench and sitting him when not playing well is good. If that continues, Simmons is going to make a significant less amount of money for the next contract. I honestly believe that is the only thing that will motivate him. Not winning, championships etc. but money so he can keep that lifestyle.

Yes , Kyrie ignored Nash play calls because Nash only play call was ISO Durant for 42 minutes

You got no clue how terrible Nash was , he was a brain dead failure for 2,5 seasons

Yup. People are just blaming Kyrie because its the popular thing to do, he was the 2nd option on a championshop team. Nash was a terrbile coach, and him leaving just happened around the same time Kyrie got suspended.

This is more about Nash that Kyrie.

Or you could just watch the play and see it's Kyrie who jumped back and to his left in an effort to try to create contact, (there is literally zero reason for him to move backwards otherwise) but you can still trot this out there and make yourself look pathetic.

I wonder if someone fart near you , you blame Kyrie as well ?

Hating on a random person is unhealthy, doe’s it make you any different than Kyrie sharing a link ? I don’t think so

The next 4 to 6 weeks should reveal alot.

1. Kyrie - I think he is gone .... Cam and Sumner should be seen as the future over all the negatives Kyrie brings.
2. They will add a tall sharpshooter in TJ Warren to the offensive arsenal soon so maybe no need to play 2 midget shooters on the floor together again - So harder for oppositions to target that aspect.
3. Simmons will get better, at least he should unless his back is worse than advertised.
4. Cut down on KD's isos to keep the other shooters more involved and happy and KD's health/longevity up.
5. Best to judge this team by Christmas.

The biggest hole on the Nets was leadership from KD. I like what I’m seeing now, make him the focal point, and try to adopt his “nothing but ball” attitude.

He came into his landing space, Giannis has played dirty against the Nets many times. Go watch the pre season game where he purposely tried taking KD out and going for Kyrie’s ankles. Even Nets reporters started calling it out. This guy acts genuine when in reality he is a dirty POS who is loved by the media. Rigging is a thing and he’s protected by the league.
