Greg Oden's skills (def, rebounding, shotblocking, smooth soft touch, footwork, post game, powerful finisher, ability to shoot with both hands after injuring his right, dominating Joakim Noah AND Al Horford as a freshman in the National Title game) I foolishly suggested the Magic should trade Dwight Howard for #1 Pick that year to select Oden.

Dude was so dominant, and then Andrew Bynum's flagrant ass drug him down on that dunk attempt and effed Greg up after he had just returned from injury the prior offseason/ summer league I believe and that was the end before it could really begin as he kept getting hurt.

Blazers and Lakers matchups of Roy Oden LMA Batum vs Kobe Bynum Pau Odom Metta were going to be epic. Not to mention going up against the Heatles the Super Celtics the Dwight Howard Magic the KD Westbrook Harden Ibaka Baby Thunder Duncan's last stand Spurs and that LAC Lob City era.

We didn't see him much in playoffs, so it's a bit pointless to compare him to other players, look at Embiid, he is amazing in regular season but mediocre in playoffs, what is to say that Greg Oden wouldn't have been a similar case?
