i meant in general, they kept their head above water without Kawhi. a team with even a 75% of Kawhi is better than the 7th seed, right? and they made some nice additions on top, Bogi is a certified baller and Simmons plugs a few needs in their 2nd unit

I like their odds if Kawhi gets to the playoffs in one piece, with Ty Lue at the helm to boot

I dont think youve been watching many clippers games this season. The team has been trending downward since Kawhi returned, not upward. they are literally playing their worst basketball of the season at this very moment... with Kawhi playing more of a central role game by game. The reason theyre trending downward is because theyve been overacheiving all season long and now they look old and gassed. trading younger guys for an older Bogi who isnt even having a good year, and Ben Simmons who literally barely even plays basketball at this point in his life aint it bro. sorry to break it to you. theyll be fine. theyll be a playoff team. but contender? good luck with all that

It's really sad he can't get his head straight because even without a jump shot, he can still contribute in a lot of areas with his defense and playmaking.

Told ya'll. It was too obvious. He's a huge addition for a bench on a team utterly devoid of any ball handlers or playmakers. The team is so inept at passing that they literally can't make simple entry passes into the post without turnovers. Will take a ton of pressure off Harden to generate all of the playmaking offense. He won't be expected to score at all. Just defend, rebound, and push the break.

He is still elite at pushing the break and floor vision ( passing ) , defense he got better nights and worse , I think it’s due to how good physically he feels on that given night

He became kind of laughingstock on this forums , but he is way better than that ( if healthy ) , not a starting caliber by any means mainly do to back problems , but as a 6th 7th player of the bench for 20 minutes a night he could be very solid

Its like clockwork year in year out. The Clippers sign a big name on the buyout market. Im like "yeah doesnt that guy suck though?". I'm told the following:

"Nah he just needs a change of scenery"
