hmm hopefully it's not a grade 3 strain or he's out the rest of the season.

Lawyershawn is there a case to be made for willful neglect by the medical staff?

Or is that a thing?

Is it a fire able offense?

Just crazy. Not even two weeks ago I was just thinking how I was happy that Kyrie finally found a good home. Now I hope more than anything that he leaves this summer. Get the **** outta that embarrassing franchise.

I get Nico is the scapegoat, but we all know this was the owners making a decision that helps the league. Nico had no control over trading Luka. He's just the fall guy.

Dwade a trusted all time good guy. If he said the owners made this decision believe him.

Even tho Luka is the superior player I believe Dallas is better with AD for what he brings to the team. They have a legit championship window this season and next. AD is doing a good job making my previous statement look stupid.

I'm being completely honest and serious when I say this but Nico Harrison needs to seriously relocate him and his family out of Dallas immediately. He needs to do his job remotely from a vacation home or from Los Angeles or somewhere. Book a ticket now!

Feel bad for AD.

Lakers better take note. Do not rush Luka back. He's got a real chronic issue with that left calf.

Anytime surgery is mentioned, you know it's a bit more serious than what was first said. Even if AD comes back in good condition and in a reasonable time, playoffs will be tough and hoping on AD to stay on the floor for the entire run will be a lottery.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who had this thought and it doesn't make me an oracle, but as soon as I got over my shock about the trade I felt like there was a 99% chance AD would get injured in his first Mavs game.

Who would have thought an iron man like AD would get a injury so soon?

I know, green font really not needed.

It's even crazier how LA was able to use Luka being fat and fond of drinking alcohol as a way to lower the trade price

I actually hate the Mavs organization so much. Imagine you have a 25 year old superstar, acquired a 2nd option in Kyrie Irving for peanuts to form one of the most potent offensive backcourts in NBA history. They make the finals in their first full year together, winning 3 straight series without HCA. The team retools in the summer, improving their weaknesses by swapping DJJ/THJ/Josh Green for Klay/Grimes/Naji...

Then they trade their 25 year old superstar for the most injury prone player in the league who is THIRTY TWO. Don't even give the guys a chance to run it back after making the finals in their FIRST YEAR TOGETHER!!!

**** piece of trash miserable franchise wasting the twilight of Kyrie's prime and effectively killing any chance at another ring. I don't know why I'm surprised. Same franchise that traded Nash because they didn't want to pay him. Same franchise that made the EXACT same mistake with Brunson a couple decades later. Same franchise that made no effort to retain the championship roster from 2011.

Some franchises just don't deserve to exist.
