Yup, I recently spent about a month struggling though with it. Definitely not fun. If this is what he has, then I don't blame him for sitting it out.

I currently am experiencing sciatica. It’s excruciating.

Load managment and ped regiment was my initial thought. LeBron can miss 4 weeks of the 1st half of the season yet somehow still make the allstar team as a starter and prevent someone actually deserving of the team this year.

I hear Hennessey helps with this type of pain.

Lebron's hops will look like a teeter inversion table commercial

The people trying to spin this as a win are really reaching. The team is already thin up top, and Luka doing a carry job early after multiple years in a row with injury issues is not what they need, and LeBron missing more time is not going to help him.

Well, thank God the Lakers have his equally talented son Bronny.

I think barring a title this year, next year for sure will be Lebron's last year. I would've said this year but I have a feeling the league and it's TV sponsors want to go all out with his retirement and prep as early as possible. They were able to do it with Kobe on short notice cause he announced it a month into the season but they already knew the writing was on the wall because of how little he played the season before and cause how much he deteriorated.

I was 33 with a newborn boy, my sciatica almost paralyzed my right leg, I had drop foot, i couldn't even hold him. Physiotherapy helped me to hold for almost a decade while I was doing long distances cycling both road and mountain until it came back. I had a pain from my calfs and below. MRI showed 2 broken discs, 6 doctors scared me, keep going keep postponed it. Until one disc in my upper body broke as well. My fingers and my right tricep was paralyzed and I couldn't move my head north and south. I had to make an urgent surgery else was in danger for a permanent nerve damage. Its a miracle, the next day I had totally zero pain i could do everything I wanted. I showed to my doctor my old MRI, he told me are you **** kidding me? With that back you where doing 200km rides regularly? Doc can you fix me? Yes I can! His answer. I went through a hybrid lumbar surgery, (google it) spondylodesis plus an artificial disc from titanium. 10 hours of surgery. 5 months after I went for 15km of hiking, one year after I do 70km rides, the only thing that is holding me back from more its my fear and the 10kg of weight that I got. Medically the only thing left is just my scars. For 1st time after 12 years I have zero back pain. But again I am not any close to an elite athlete, I am just an IT engineer

We got Reaves "Is Him", MVP Luka incoming and Apparently Angry Ayton ... I think we good.

Dear Slim, I meant to write you sooner, but I just been busy
I got caught up playing 2K, all that screen time left me dizzy.
Look, I'm really flattered you would call me that
I like my new nickname Angry Ayton, I wrote it on my Starter cap.

I hope you get to read this post, I just hope it reaches you in time
Before you hurt yourself, I think that you'll be doin' just fine
I just don't want you to do some crazy ****
I seen this one **** on the news a couple weeks ago that made me sick
Some dude was writing on RealGM that the Lakers were good without Le-Bron
But then the Lakers flunked the season,
and he ended up blaming Ay-ton
Upset and drunk, he stormed the court at halftime
He was completely naked too
Come to think about it, his name was... it was you.
Damn.

Sincerely,

DeAndre Ayton
