It’s been over - this is -ad,Kawhi territory but he never gonna get rolling enough to win a ring

What Dumars didn't realize was that even if Zion was healthy, the Pels is a bottom 10 team at best. They have no center, and they are starting a rookie at PG.

7th year in the league, played exactly

1) 24
2) 64
3) 0
4)29
5)70
6)30
7)10

Games each year.

Pels dumped BI for a better fit. They traded away many prospects for winning players, just to have Zion out.

This should be a lesson to the league on how to not gamble and major health and mental risks

Except he is thin right now. I just saw him at the NOP/GSW fame on saturday and he was trim. I had never seen him look like that. It didnt seem to help his gane any, though.

Zion -> Charlotte as Charlotte is not know as a foodie place
LeMelo -> Memphis
Ja -> New Orleans

FWIW, Charlotte has some good BBQ.

At least the Pelicans will have a shot at a generational prospect in this draft though...oh wait.

He had to lose weight because of his contract, I remembered Pelicans put in his contract that he would get bonuses etc etc depending on his weight

It didn't work out but he isn't like an Anthony Bennett. Dude has the talent to be a major force as he has shown it when healthy .

Everyone just needs to move on. He could still do well with a team like the Heat if he pulls out two healthy seasons. That is all it would take and he would be all NBA. He just makes too much for a team to invest in that kind of liability.

Somebody said that Zion also has different-length legs and the weird way he walks (when he can walk at all, that is) has me wondering.

I been telling Hornets fans the same thing about LaMelo. The longer we keep him the more we are going to be forced to keep him.

Any time I need a good sh*tpost chuckle I go on a Hornets sub and suggest perhaps Lamelo is the problem.

His contract isn't up for another two years, but when it is, I'd like some contender to acquire him on the cheap, put him in bubble wrap for the regular season and then only roll him out for the postseason. Just for science.
