I'm not surprised. Billups looks like the kind of player that could dunk the ball.

rofl really? I just can't imagine that. In the last few years I don't ever remember him dunking. Whenever he gets to the rim he always puts up a lay up, and never really gets up there.

In his rookie season Calderon had difficulty finishing around the rim and the coaching staff started encouraging Calderon to dunk the ball. Cannot remember if I have ever seen him throw one down in the NBA though.

He can. I've seen him throw down some nice dunks during warmup, like power dunks.

I don't know why he never dunks in game though =/

He's been on so many breakaways

I thought he was going to throw one down against Portland when he had that breakaway but he kinda seemed to change his mind in the air and just laid it in. :x

[quote="Hendrix"]Short- Nate

Tall- Steven Nash, and Jose Calderon?[/quote

Jose Calderon can dunk easily, I have watched him dunking more than once when he was here in Spain, although i dont remember a dunk of Jose since he is a Raptor.
I think Jorge Garbajosa is the winner here, he is 6-9 and probably can dunk, but I've never seen him doing it, maybe he can, but in so many games I've seen oh him, he always ends the fastbreak with a layup,even if he is alone.

I've seen Garbo dunk quite a few times. Hopefully he still can after he gets back from his rehab.

Whew... baaarely got there.

Obviously he's not playing anymore, but I remember reading that Terry Mills was in the league (toward the end of his career) with a 2 inch vertical.

Dunking really isn't that hard guys...... for an NBA athlete it shouldn't even be a question.

He dunked for the Nuggets once on a break away with no1 close to him, he didn't even hang on to the rim, just layed it over, but his hands were obviously over the rim.

i'm actually kind of impressed that someone with his lack of athleticism can put up the kind of numbers he does.

There is absolutely no way that Darrick Martin can dunk.
