Which of course actually means that Z was playing better than Bogut all the rest of the season.

Correct. Also the fact that Z actually has a somewhat competent team helps him too. Let's just see what happens on Thursday.

According to 82games.com, Bosh has played far more minutes at C than PF (52-14% of total minutes). This may be because they have Bargnani getting the majority of his minutes at PF. I don't know if that is actually the case, but if it is, Bosh deserves that center spot.

82games.com's positional minutes are often wrong. I'm not sure if they're wrong in this case, but I know they said Marvin played more PF than Josh Smith last year when in reality it was the opposite.

But I'm sure the West stars would love for Bosh to be the backup center instead of Haywood (who I think deserves it more than Z).

Z, Sheed or Bogut don't deserve all-star consideration. I honestly thought it was pretty clear to everyone by now, coaches can vote for a player outside his regular listed position, as long as he's payed enough minutes there to qualify (Bosh qualifies as a C and PF). So it makes sense to put the real all-star at C and to get in a more deserving player from a deeper position in.

Z has no shot. Bogut has no shot. We've seen stranger things happen, Sheed could be a possibility because of his teams record. But it'll have to be over a guy like his own teammate Rip Hamilton as a wild card.

Oh sure, because players really try to play defense in the all-star game.

Brendan Haywood would get smoked even if he tried.

I don't think that Bosh deserves it either.
