I know the play you are talking about yes that could have been a foul on KG. However the play could have been a push off on Pau because he had his arm extended.

He had his arm extended, and I think he touched Garnett, but there was no push at all.
If they would have called it a push off I think the Lakers should have went off the court right there, in the middle of the game.
And yes, it was a foul on KG. He hacked Gasol arm when Pau was dunking the ball.
It was a clear hack because both had their arms extended and there were no more players around them, but obviously the ref didn't see it.
Garnett yesterday should have played about 20 minutes because of foul trouble.
Anyway it would haven't hurted the Celtics.

and for those of you who commented on Kobe's second foul call that Ray Allen drew.....BRUSHED OFF!? Laker fans are amazingly blind. he threw a blatant elbow. whats this brushed off ****? he threw a **** elbow at ray allen. thats an offensive foul. any day of the week.

yes, he brushed him with an elbow after allen was bear hugging him because he couldn't keep up with him.

and for all this nonsense of calling us soft. lebron is not soft and i saw him get screwed by the reffs against the celts time and time again. kobe is not soft, he is being grabbed constantly. if we tried any of that crap on pierce, our whole team would foul out.

To be honest the way Prince has played and with Kobes injury/age/mileage Im not sure I would do that deal either. Still Prince is more important and he wins the head to head battles with Kobe.

I think it's just the thought of all the Lakers fans who still refuse to admit that the 2002 WCF (game 6, especially) was GREATLY favored towards the Lakers and are now complaining that the NBA has it out for them because of the FT difference. Try having a team shoot more FT's (27) in the 4th quarter than your entire team does all night.

any sane laker fan admits that game was poorly officiated.

Are you kidding me? The refs were awful. They should've just worn Celtics jerseys to the game.

I'm just surprised Kobe said he didn't notice the extra calls for the Celtics when asked by a reporter while the rest of the team complained about it. Kobe must have been promised by Stern that he's gonna get all the calls in game 3, 4, and 5.

I have to agree that the game was poorly called last night and the lakers did not get the benefit of a lot of calls that should have gone their way. However, no one can definitively say how those calls would have affected the outcome of the game.

The Laker fans do have a case to bitch about last night's officiating, but a lot of times it falls on deaf ears, since the Lakers usually seem to get the benefit of calls\non-calls in crucial times.

I mean look at Game 4 of the WCF? There is a noncall that affected the outcome of a game that went the lakers way.

Here is Pau Gasol shying away from contact because great defensive pressure of DPOY Kevin Garnett.
No foul at all

It could have been an offensive foul on the hook, push off underneath, or left arm clear out.

Right, we can see how Gasol commits 3 offensive fouls in just 4 seconds.

Whine, whine, whine.

What plays did the Lakers get jacked on? You can't find any.

What about when Radmonovic ran thirty steps on that dunk of his?

Just because the Lakers are soft, don't bitch and moan when they don't call fouls on your jumpshots.

I have to say that Hawks, Cavs, and Pistons fans were very respectful, but it doesn't appear that too many Lakers fans have been that way. I'm not going to judge a fan base by a small amount of its fan base, but this is just bad. And LOL at Lebron being cheated against the Celtics.

Look there is nothing in the books that says foul calls have to be even. If one team is more aggressive than the other, they get the calls plain and simple.

Name one play where the Lakers charged hard to the hole, got thrown down, and didn't get a foul called? You cant because the Lakers didn't do that.

They played soft. Shocking.

Both sides are bitching too much that's why this idiots (OP) thread should be locked as it is being discussed in the Game thread!

Lakers fans are complaining they didn't gets call, while boston fans are bitching that they shouldn't be shooting jumpers!

Lock this muda effin thread cause it is a complete waste and won't be reaching a consensus!

the fans always blame the refs, the lakers were telling us to stfu when we played them, it'll never end, its just part of the game.

Radman Travels, Bostons fans "Radman took 300 steps to the basket"
