When has DMo lied about his back problems exactly? Just because he doesn't announce to the world he's had issues with his back, doesn't mean he's lying about it. It's up for teams to decide about his health and that's why physicals exist when players are signed.

I don't know if, as a Rockets broadcaster, he has any privileged insight into the matter but it was interesting to hear Bart Ennis during the pregame tacitly acknowledge what most have been saying; that D-Mo's back issues are at the center of this whole debacle.

I won't pretend to know what is going on; but I know that I want the best for both the Rockets and for Motiejunas. The denizens of the Rockets forum these past several years know that he's one of my favorite players in the league. If he can't do it here, then I really want him to do it somewhere else (whenever he isn't playing the Rockets).
