I'd put my money on the Pacers vs Portland, but not vs Memphis. Either way, they'd still have the best player on those series which might give them an edge.
I do think McMillan sucked, but Cavs played waaaay better when they needed to, so although I can't say they flipped a switch, it might just be a dimmer halfway. They sure showed how they can be better than their RS record and games show.
Would you care for a prevision of how the next series will go for the Cavs? Since Raptors and Bucks would def stand a chance vs Portland or Memphis, I imagine you envision a, what, 7 game series? At least 6?
