The Texans didn't enable it; I don't think they had an idea of what was going on. My understanding was an NDA for a massage therapy session is not standard operating procedure, but I could be wrong. 66 women over a 17 month period and nothing fishy was going on? I don't believe that. That definitely isn't a normal number of massage therapists.

I used to see a therapist. She had me so deep in my unresolved issues I could barely remember what day it was. This kid might be a psychopath.

But see a therapist, if you think you need one. It's great.

Anyway, lawyer said psychologist speficially spoke to GM Brian Wright, not RC or Pop. She was told Pop knew in June/22 by I forget who but lawyer and psychologist don't now believe they were being told the truth about that.

Why would someone agree seeing a patient that often, if he exposed himself before? Seeing him a 2nd time I get. But why still see him for the 9th time, if he exposed himself 8th times before?

In a corporate environment (where this occured) no. I can guarantee if a female colleague accused me of repeatedly flashing her to management, unless I had unequivocal proof I didn't do it I'd be fired for sure.

He probably won't face any criminal charges but banishment from the league likely.

Well, we shouldn't rush into judgement, and we should wait for trial (if this isn't settled before), but Spurs waiving Primo out of the blue, make me suspect Primo's lawyer claims aren't tightly connected with reality.

I keep going back to duty to warn - how does this not apply? Why were authorities outside of the team not informed?

A psychologist gave someinsights about duty to warn complexities earlier in this thread but this is shocking and uncomfortable.

This is just a weird situation all in all.

She says that she's complained to the Spurs since January.
The Spurs apparently knew since January but just picked up his options guaranteeing him millions?
The Spurs just released him after picking up these options?

Unless there was an internal organizational investigation going on the last 10 months, none of this adds up at all.
I refuse to believe an organization as good as the Spurs fumbled the bag this bad. I'm waiting for the whole story to get out before I come to a conclusion.

I have no idea if she knew or not. She might have been told by the therapist in confidence and was so disgusted that nothing was being done that she decided to leave. I’m not judging her if that is what happened. She obviously also might have left knowing nothing about the situation. The two dates are very close together. That is my only observation.
