Extremely stupid mistakes by the managements and they can just get away with it. Unbelievable.

Honestly didn't know he was 28. This explains a LOT about why he has so little value. Since they got him from the Rockets, I thought he was still in his early 20's.

Teams likely think (rightfully so), this season is more of a flash in the pan than anything else. If he can't play defense at 28, he's not gonna learn it by 30.

Mavs obviously do not want to lose a player for nothing, but definitely will have no interest in resigning him.

To be fair, Wood has put up points in Houston and Dallas. I think he's past flash in the pan.

I think he was already a GTD last night.

Fair, bad phrasing on my part. Still, it's seeming like he's a classic Hassan Whiteside type. A guy who really didn't put it together til fairly late in his career, but even then, his stats a probably a bit hollow and is at an age where he is who he is.

JK, but really, role players are demanding trades???

I dont think it's that crazy to request a trade if he does so professionally. He's been with the team for years and is averaging a career low minutes in his supposed prime. Probably just wants more opportunity. Its not like 76ers are gonna feel forced to cave, nor will they miss him once he's gone

Poor guy. The uncertainty of the situation sucks. I though he had built some chemistry with Luka. Not sure why the Mavs are trying to move him.

Anybody in Philly know if this guy is legit or not? Is he plugged in to the Sixers?

That's a weird trade...
Not sure why 6ers would want Bojan over Harris
And Lakers would probably rather have Bojan - how many combo forwards do the Lakers need considering they just got Rui
And if the Lakers are not trading their picks why do Pistons take on Westbrook?

Despite Tobias contract, which is somewhat overstated in this day and age as it will be an expiring next year, he is a very consistent and durable player. Also a glue type guy in the locker room. Coaches value him way more than fans.

Tax Savings. Heat get just under the luxury tax threshold with this move by about $1-2m.

I guess Dedmon only has $1.65 mil guaranteed after this season, so not great but not bad for the Spurs.

Worth the price of a 2nd round pick IMO. Not sure if there were protections placed on it.
