Maybe Redick actually has some good ideas and they bought into it? And Lakers don't have a great roster either outside of the 2 superstars. But JJ is making it work. It's too early to call if Redick's coaching will hold up. I'm going to give him 10-15 games and a variety of opponents to make a call. But it looks good so far.
