Wonder if this is a preemptive strike for a setup move in trade later?

a lot of people think rigging the league is merely controlling ping pong balls on lottery night or officiating during games. But who picks who in the draft and who facilitates trades is just as pervasive. Kon is not anywhere close to the 4th best prospect in this draft. But it's perfect for the NBA that he goes to a small market like the Hornets so better players can fall to more preferred landing spots. Kon will potentially be a solid role player and in 4 years when he's ready to contribute to a winner, the Hornets will include him in a trade to a contender rather than pay him. Enjoy the rest of the draft!

Hornets got their Dalton Knecht. He’s a good player but his ceiling is capped imo.
