The show must go on. Do you think Durant and Harden would forfeit a couple of weeks' salary so we could shut down?

I mean yeah right now but clearly it is on their minds. So defiantly plausible heading into 2022. Which I didn't think it was really going to be like this, where teams can't play because are a lot of players are testing positive.

Pause the season over what? The virus isn't just going to magically disappear. Its here to stay. All the players are vaccinated now. And no one is getting critically sick over this. Play on.

After thinking about it, and doing some research, I will change my mind and say it’s better to just continue with the season. This sucks for viewers and fans of the game (and fantasy league players), but it’s better to let this pass now than to let it linger.

All the players?

When did Kyrie get vaccinated?

The nation made a financial decision a long time ago that the show must go on regardless of mass casualties and continued health risks. The NBA is no different.

I think they should consider reducing the restrictions. Vaccines are fully available and the dominant covid strain right now has incredibly low mortality rates. I believe there has only been a handful of confirmed fatalities in the States and they were all unvaccinated (feel free to correct me).

No different than any other person who isn't vaccinated in any other job. How many games has Kyrie played and the virus is already widespread?

Its up to the each state if they want to mandate the vaccine.

And Beal and Isaac and a bunch of others. Silver also said only 65% of players have gotten booster shots, which are necessary to ward off omicron. Especially if they had the Johnson & Johnson shot to begin with.

Bunch of window dressing. Silver knows what game he's really playing. The regular season is the leagues ATM machine. He doesn't give crap #1 if teams are filling out rosters with Dan Dickau and OJ Mayo for the rest of the year just like he didn't care when every other star sits out for rest because he's got a neverending line of fools giving him their money no matter what version of basketball he concocts.

Imagine shelling out 100s of dollars to watch gleagers get demolished. Replacement players are dumb. If you don't have 8-9 healthy players from your original roster then the game should be postponed.

Yes, the more G-league and washed-up players on the court the better.

It's easier to continue the status quo than give out refunds.

Mandate the booster, continue with increased roster size.

Yep. No one but die-hard fans (like those on this forum) will watch this crap.

I strongly encourage you guys to contemplate if you really think narcissistic Hollywood wanna-bees like LeBron took this experimental injection for whats basically a common cold.

Most of these players (current and former) are masonic state actors who do what they are told by very powerful people. I mean Shaq has more or less admitted this indirectly a few times.

You really think LeBron or Shaq cares about the common people? What about Gobert? Maybe Steph after he did an interview with bill gates himself? (Talk about a big red flag) Lol nah

All these players go along without saying a peep with every ol' narrative the government pushes (weed, woke culture, gambling, big pharma injections, dudes wearing dresses and the list goes on). They give 2 rips about me or you. The NBA is a massively influential political organization.

They cant even be half-assed to make league pass free for a season with everyone struggling right now in some way... but here, lets talk about kyle kuzmas pink dress he wore on IG for 5 days in a row.

Where are the mass casualties right now? Fast food and smoking kill far more people each year than Covid is right now.

It’s an endemic virus that’s not going away. It’s not particularly deadly especially for those who choose to get the pre-treatment shot (they aren’t really vaccines but do provide some level of protection).
