Blocks is breakable. Hakeem holds it with 3830 blocks in 1238 games from age 22 to age 39 (~69 games a season). Career averages of 3.1 bpg.

Wemby is starting at age 20 (2 extra seasons) and averaging 3.3 bpg. So if he can stay healthy and improve, it is possible.

Lebrons points is probably beatable (but extremely hard and not for a long time) if the trajectory of scoring keeps going up, especially if they go back to drafting teenagers.

Assists, Steals and Rebounds are just not really possible unless medical science allows guys to play an insane amount of extra years.
