A few things...
Yuri is no longer a mod, so he doesn't have a typical mod's extended permissions. Anyone can misquote a reply using the quote feature. Technically, a rule against misquoting another poster does exist, but only if the intent is to bait, troll, or deceive in a nefarious manner.

Intentionally misquoting another user (using the function to quote someone, then altering what they wrote) may be judged as a trolling violation and penalized accordingly if a moderator concludes that the intent is to misrepresent or otherwise slander the user being misquoted.

Yuri's "fixed it for you" post wasn't made in a denigrating manner, IMO.
