Good. It would have hurt the franchise.

Yeah, I heard that! I think it was only $198 million, though? 8-)

It's so stupid that rule exists.

The Derrick Rose rule would make WAY more sense if it didn't affect your cap. The fact that a guy can blow up out of the gate and qualify for all that extra money is awesome, but it shouldn't penalize the franchise.

If you could put TJ's brain into Nembhard or Nesmith's bodies you would have an all NBA player

I'm starting to wonder where TJ ranks among back up point guards in the last, say, 30 finals.

Anyway, as I'm writing this Nemhard turns the ball over again. Dude honestly needs to spend the entire summer working on ball handling.
So many people who attain the heights of power in this culture—celebrities, for instance—have to make a show of false humility and modesty, as if they got as far as they did by accident and not by ego or ambition.

Imagine if TJM had the stamina to do this for 36 minutes. He'd by the next prime MJ
"I’ve seen a guy that played for the Pacers, gave them everything they had, or everything he had, and was essentially traded to the dogs. And I’m speaking on Danny Granger, who was one of the better players in Pacers history"

“The other day I saw one of his games. He was running with the ball at a hundred per cent full speed, I don’t know how many touches he took, maybe five or six, but the ball was glued to his foot. It’s practically impossible.”

jfc.. I had no idea he was that "confident"

I said it the other game that I liked that he felt like he was always the best player on the court. But to say it out loud is another story
