That was 100% a foul on KD they didn't call

I’m surprised Thompson gets so many isos in clutch time. I thought that would KD time……and he’s been in rhythm

The challenges are ruining the game, you should only ever get one. This BS where you get an extra challenge if successful is ridiculous.

Imagine giving up assets to get KD and you ignore him in crunch time in the first game of the season

Didn’t Houston go out and get somebody to help close games like this?

Got 20 comments on a foul call but nothing on that nasty iso to give OKC the lead

it's not the challenge itself - it's the time it takes to do the review from the nba offices. they should be able to make the call in less than a minute.

I again don’t understand what is taking so long, Holgren clearly came down and hit both of Smith’s arms.

I was literally going to make a comment about this, but didn't wanna make a long-winded post in the game thread lol. I feel they need to be illegal because there's way too many ways people can get injured

That's a factor, and it's also that, the guy is not out of control, he's planted his first foot to go up, about to plant his second foot, and I come running in front of him and stand there ---> charge. I don't know man, I think the charge rule is broken in terms of that, to me, it should be if the defender is already there before the guy takes off and he just barrels into him, not if the defender runs in front of me and stands there.

I don't see how this then differs from for example, the CP3 (and others) special which the NBA changed the rules for, where he would run in front of a guy and stop so the guy bumps him and he gets a defensive foul, even though that one doesn't have higher injury potential, but it feels like the same thing, but one has just become a tactic that is allowed in basketball.

Yeah replays are broken in the NBA. Gotta make them faster and less frequent.
