I experienced a strong hit like that once around the same area of my neck. For the next 2 weeks I felt like a string was tying my head down. I forget what muscle it was but there are a lot of small muscles in that neck area that when sore, can hurt like a beeyatch.

What s garbage game. Warriors and curry look like crap and the rockets basically gave the game away with all the turnovers. Warriors are overrated
