No matter who wins tonight's game will be remembered for a long long time. Either the Raptors win an historic championship for Canada or KD's return lives in NBA finals lore as he has his Willis Reed moment. Something historic is going to happen and that makes tonight's game a must watch.

Kawhi will ball out, mark it down he is not going to let KD come in like a savior and work him over. Kawhi is a beast on both ends and it will be evident tonight who the real alpha is.

Golden State doesn't need Durant to go for 40. The key is simply having someone else that the defense has to guard. TOR's defense has not and will not show any respect for anyone outside of Curry and Klay. This changes that and will open things up for even the more offensively challenged players to get much easier looks.

The warriors knew kd would be ready by game 5. They played head games till then.

The only thing they didn’t expect was being down 3-1. They were hoping to be 2-2 but Klays injury messed that up. And knowing the series might end up going to 7, they took the risk of resting Klay and thinking/hoping their talent plus the return of Kd would win them the series, even being down 3-1.

They played it perfectly , now the only thing left to find out is how effective kd will be. I think he’ll be back the same self and if raptors don’t win tonight. It’ll be a game 7 on Sunday night l

This is the biggest legacy game of KD's career. He would go from riding the Warriors coattails to outright saving them from elimination. Decent chance he gets Finals MVP if the Warriors win in 7, too.

It's not all about KD. They as a team are going to have to play good basketball, execute against this Raptors team. This isn't the same ol' Raps. They are a really good team, possibly the best team in the league this season, and the Warriors are going to have to play way better than they have in this series, or else it's a wrap.

2 things i'm curious about

1. how will gsw use kd?
2. how will the refs call the game? i can see alot of ticky tack fouls called to prevent a physical game so kd isn't bullied.
