I'm not saying the Warriors would have won, they've had a losing clutch record this year. But you know the fans enjoy the game that way, I really think the key to ratings improvement might be letting the heated games stay that way. It's a lot more exciting, and typically in the playoffs they let the game play more physical. It's more fun!

They called it fairly tonight with the exception of the 8 second violation and maybe that one Pat Spencer foul on Reaves.
What I don't get is why the Warriors stop driving, even when they're in the bonus. That's why you get these ridiculous foul disparities when these teams meet. The Lakers try too hard to punish the Warriors guards, the Warriors try too hard to generate more 3s against Laker forwards, leading to suboptimal ball from both.
But it was a mistake tonight because the rim was WIDE open. Taking 53 3s made no sense, and then you're giving up runout after runout. If they just kept driving on those split actions, they would've won.
