He's like a unicorn, he can do it all.

I'm excited for Monday's game against the Suns. I'll be at the game and I'm anxious to see him do work in person and to see how Chandler/Len react to his game. Len's been balling since making the switch to PF so should be fun.

Towns may be the best mid-range shooter in the NBA lol. He is not a future superstar, he would be the best player in the game for 5+ years.

uh, so? the rest of his game and his overall stats are very underwhelming. especially on such a poor team.

I wouldn't refer to projections of being a solid role player as hype. What hype are you referring to?

Nance is the type of role player every championship team needs. He's a low usage player who just plays hard and stays humble. You'll never see his value in the stats. You just have to watch him play.

I am unsure how my comment is really that odd, he is already arguably the second best Centre in the league right now, he is going to be an unstoppable force.

not sure if you remember, but you said he may be the greatest big man in nba history.

Obviously a lot has to go right. He has to work, win, etc.

But considering he's 19 and already one of the best big men in the game, it's not THAT far fetched.

It's possible Towns ends up being the greatest big man in history, it's just too early to say with confidence that he will.

Jokic is absolutely destroying Porzingis. And yes they are defending each other.

Bad game from Towns. Finished with just 19/9.

Jokic has quickly become the most underrated player in the league.

Towns is about to average 20-26ppg, 10-13rpg, 3-4apg, 1-2bpg for the next 6+ years.

He absolutely could potentially become the greatest bigman in NBA history. Yes, the expectations are high, but I have no idea how that is preposterous. At the age of twenty, he is having the best rookie season since Tim Duncan (or LeBron James). The sky is the limit for this dude; I am a massive, massive cynic, but I am certain Towns is a lock for the Hall-of-Fame going forward.

In Wilt's rookie season, he averaged 38 points per gam and 27 rebounds per game. Admittedly he was older, but we can safely assume that Towns will never reach those numbers in his career.

27/3/2/3 game for Russell on 11/19 shooting with the win. Reaching 20+ points in 6 of his last 7 games.

Raw totals from 50-60 year old games mean very little in contextual comparison to today's league.

I was an NBA fan during Wilt's and Kareem's careers. They dominated the league in a way that I doubt KAT ever well.Towns is an amazing rookie, but i would be shocked if he were to become the best big man ever.

Yeah, people talk about Byron Scott like he's the worst coach in NBA history but I'd take anyone over Rambis

He played Ryan Gomes more minutes than Kevin Love in Minnesota and now he's at it again

Oh i agree with you there. I just didn't like numbers given as a reason since those numbers taken out of context can easily imply that they are by far and away the best season a player has ever had.
