It is his fault. Absolving Donovan of blame for this is loony. The Thunder have no system whatsoever even when WB is off the floor.
It's up to your team leader/best player to help the coach to implement the system he proposes. If WB just wants to play his own style, then regardless of what Billy draws up, there won't be a system. WB has been keeping them alive this game but with this much talent there is absolutely no reason he should be shooting 30+ times a game regardless of how bad the system is. Just my IMO haven't watched OKC much this year.
