OG is a super roleplayer with all-star upside, though unlikely to reach that consistently for a whole season imo.
Bridges is a little above that as a true number 3 option with number 2 upside on a winning team (though unlikely imo). However, unlike OG, Bridges is more likely to play closer those levels more consistently over the course of a season.
Randle, assuming he's fully recovered, would be the Knicks second star. All-NBA potential, but more likely to play consistently at a strong all-star level.
Brunson is the star who has the potential to put together a HOF-esque career. Heading into age 28, if he strings together his past season for another 5 or 6, you can start having that HOF conversation. Especially if he wins a title within that window and doesn't fall off a cliff statistically.
