He is a great scorer but nothing more. Does not make his team better at all.

Lol. What a load of crap.

Portis is playing great on both ends of the floor while Lopez can’t get a bucket and is a liability on the other end of the floor. Lopez played 17 minutes while Portis only played 9 minutes. Bud is gonna bud.
Bang.. Bang.. and Bang..

No, Deng. It's Deng!

That was the most fulfilling and in depth halftime analysis I’ve seen yet

It makes me angry lol they spend more time putting on their fancy suits and dresses than they do talking about the game. It's just disgusting that they'll run commercials, go back to the studio for literally 30 seconds of "analysis", then another full round of commercials. Why even bother?

every minute. Been watching Paul and Booker, two guys Holiday guards, go off this series putting up better numbers than they did in the regular season. Have you?

They are great players. Holiday has made it tougher for them for sure, the goal is usually to take advantage of all the possessions in which said player is not the primary defender on you.

I'm not saying he's a bad defender, he's clearly very good, but he's not elite like the narrative suggests. He gets very lazy at times and doesn't move his feet particularly well especially against speed. When he's locked in, which is infrequent, he can look elite and that's what talking heads and fans choose to pay the most attention to. They conveniently forget he gets cooked multiple times a game, lazily chases guys through screens, doesn't fight through screens to prevent switching and takes plays off. His offense is so bad he needs to be elite on defense to balance it out if MIL is going to win and too many times this series he hasn't been up to the task.

It was a lob! Not a shot.
Also robbed giannis of a dunk.

The goaltending rule does not differentiate between whether it was a lob or a shot as far as I can remember, it's just that you can't touch the ball when it is above the cylinder (as long as it isn't thrown from out of bounds).

I get its the rules. But physically that was a pass that had zero chance of going into the basket as it was traveling horizontally a foot higher than the basket. Just happened to pass over it. Imo the refs should use common sense and not call it. Lopez maybe shouldve caught it a lil later tho haha.

Then you'll have people complaining that the refs aren't following the rules and making judgement calls that they aren't supposed to make. So it is a lose/lose for the refs. The safest way for them is to follow the rule book, at least in that case you can just say, "check the rules" and no one can claim some bias or favoritism.

What's going on with Holiday? He has been historically bad. If he denies Giannis a ring, I will be pissed.

If you are a good defender, you're going to get cooked once in a while because you're going to be on the better offensive players more often. The talking heads didn't start putting Jrue on the All-Defense team until the last couple of seasons, but he didn't just start being good on defense. What the good defenders can do is force some of these players into poor games that they might not otherwise have, it's not that they are going to shut them down multiple games in a row, great offensive players are generally too good for that to happen.

Is Tim Legler the only competent person at ESPN? I'm also tired of Kendrick Perkins' fake smile and laugh, get rid of him forthwith!!

Holiday is shooting 13/45 (29%) at home in this series. So bizarre how he's struggled this much at home.

Can't really see why people are complaining about ref bias towards the Suns, you're going to have a few missed calls here and there but it's not a damned conspiracy to gift this game to the Suns.

Giannis is scarier than Lebron on those run down blocks
