Let's be real, he's going to. The amount of people I personally know who have said "I didn't want to, but it was that or my job."
They are straight up forcing average people to either get the vaccine or give up the ability to support themselves.
The media has convinced people that it's somehow this last 20% of people that is causing society not to get back to normal. Even when we ultimately pressure our way to 99%, it still won't be enough. And even then these same people will complain not enough people are getting boosters.
Now put on your damn seat belt, mine doesn't work unless you wear yours!

Not a big fan of mandates, but less of a fan of objectively dumb analogies. Your seatbelt can't potentially tether to another car and weaken their own seatbelt. Not getting a vaccine can do this.
And seatbelts are a law that we have all signed off on (granted, one that I do disagree with but personally find helpful to myself and those around me).
Part of being a part of a democratic society is agreeing to the majority rules and customs of said society (or don't, and face the consequences of your government). Most of us on these message boards are extremely fortunate to be part of the ones we are (we won't hear from the less fortunate). But I do also appreciate the healthy debate.
All I will say is that if Kyrie truly feels a certain way about his stance (to the tune of tens of millions of dollars), he should stand the **** up and speak on it with the platform he has. I'm just not entirely confident he understands what he's doing, other than he knows it's contrarian.
