Be happy. This is probably best case scenario for the Rockets. And remember, the Nets success depends on Kyrie being Alfred to to KD/Harden's Batman/Robin. Things could go south fast with them all being FAs in 1.5 years.

So DeAndre Jordan will be the nets center,,, whos going be their back up big man. This leads them weak at the positon.. Out rebound the nets with the way the team is constructed and you have good chance beating them in 7 game series. Also they lost some bench players like Levert. Very strong starting 3 but the big man and bench is concerning.

The pacers made up nicely getting lavert.

If the Rockets didn't do the Westbrook trade or traded Chris Paul for picks, they would have been in an extraordinarily great place right now like the Oklahoma City Thunder. Good trade for them nonetheless, especially if they get very high picks like the Celtics did in 2016-2018.

It's nice to undo a bad trade with a great trade, but championship teams made multiple great trades.

Come playoff time rebounding will be issue KD cant out rebound bigs. That was proven the other night against the wizards.

You got picks and decent all star fringer player and no longer have to see harden in rockets unifrom. I think you guys did well you can just tell he was negative hole eating away at the team last night against the lakers.

Once you get past the idea that automatic spot in the playoffs may not exist this year, I say there's a bunch to be excited about.

1.) Christian Wood
2.) Wall and Boogie with a new lease to try to get stuff done
3.) Christian Wood
4.) Got rid of Harden at his fattest
5.) A rental year with Dipo to take it for a spin - the pace that Houston will be able to play at is going to be pretty killer
6.) Maybe not in a season or two, but eventually Nets will implode and you get many years of "Nets Pick Watch", it kept us C's fans entertained for many years.

There isn't a team in the league that puts more pressure on the rim than the Lakers. They're bigger than most teams at almost every position, and Lebron and AD are coming for the rim every time.

AD ends up guarding the top of the key 3 and is catching the cross-court pass to finish it or go to the line on the other end.

Lebron ain't what he used to be, no idea what he'll look like with another year. He and AD have to both play at MVP levels for the Lakers to win, they don't have a reliable third guy who can attack.

KD at the 4 is a plus defender. Think back to his OKC and GS days. He dominated on defense in the frontcount. Jordan isn't a bad defender.

Their backcourt defense is bad, but the frontcourt is more important.

they have nobody to grab boards or clear lanes for harden .. It will be interesting what they do to compete on the boards.
