Win or lose, the whole objective of this Raptors team at the beginning of the year and at the All-Star break was to make a deep playoff run and possibly compete in the NBA finals. Even if we lose this series - which I highly doubt - I will still be happy because we succeeded in our goal.

GSW can diss the Raptors all they want but at the end of the day the Raptors succeeded and the rest of the NBA took notice! Objective complete!

Speaking from experience, it's very hard to be happy if your team blows a 3-1 lead.

The Warriors can't beat the Raptors without him, they should have been swept tbh, and Durant wanted the whole world to see that. Now that everyone knows that, if he leads them back from a 3-1 deficit, he can put all those whispers to bed about them being better without him. This works for Warriors fans too, because if everyone from his teammates, to the media, to the fans, acknowledges him as the alpha and best player, I think he'd be more inclined to stay. That said, the Raptors have 3 tries to put these guys away including 2 at home, I think they'll get the job done.

Every team's master plan is to lose 3 of the first 4 games in a best of 7 series. Always a recipe for success. This is 5D chess.

Certainly not the Warriors plan, rather Durants plan

Exactly this is KD

If the raptors win, would it be the most anti-climatic win in the history of the finals? I mean everyone is now expecting the warriors to win this game and the win in game 6 and forcing a game 7.

where are they looking poised exactly? They look shook and I'm sure Curry is super stoked about KD to the rescue storyline.
