Ya wtf is Denver doing

I feel like OG would have been perfect or even a DFS

Definitely needed a backup pg who can defend

I dont get what happened

And of course the Pistons didn’t find a team for Bojan with their stupid asking price

Wtf?

Troll post?

Boston has a better record and was just up 2-1 in the finals vs GS

We have seen what Denver has done in the playoffs

They certainly are a better team now, but how did they improve?

They got rid of 1 awful defensive scorer and added another in Bryant

They needed to get a 2 way guard/wing and a defensive C

they're fine and have a complete roster for the first time since jokic has played there. why **** with what's working? bones obviously wasn't working, my guess is that he has a giant ego but isn't good enough to justify it. the lakers acquired a bunch of locker room cancers that won't help them win games, that seems like a bigger story.

Clippers literally wouldn’t give up Mann for FVV. How dumb are they??? Morris is still the starting PF. These two things alone close their title window

Not a fan of today, but Denver didn’t have the ammo to make a bigger move than they made. Hopefully they can get a guy or two on the buy out market. Can pat beverly still play defense? I haven’t paid attention. He would be a decent signing.

Can you name me their 5 guys off the bench and then go compare that to a team like Boston?

This post had nothing to do with the Lakers, I can easily attack a team like Chi that has really done nothing in 25 years

And you are also incorrect, Dlo, Beasley, Vanderbilt, Bamba and Rui are an upgrade to Russ, Bev and Bryant overall. Plus they are younger and give us much needed cap flexibility

Is it perfect, no, but all in all we gave up a top 4 protected 1st and 1-2 2nds

He can still play a bit, but it was hard to tell since he was out of position

Ham would play Russ, Dennis and Bev at the same time.... :x

Very dumb imo

Clips only make moves when they fleece dumb GMs

They don't like to make fair value deals really and it cost them big here

Russ does fit them somewhat well since they have limited playmaking, shooters, and defenders (or at least should be wing defenders)

But do you really want Russ closing a close game in the 4th of a playoff game....we know the answer

Mann is one of my favorite players, but he’s a 26 year old really poor man’s Iggy type 2/3. He’s not going to swing a playoff series or address a need as much as FVV. He had that random Utah playoff game, but he hasn’t replicated that

Thats the thing though, Im not saying they needed to make big splash moves. But with the solid level of players being moved around for 2nd round picks. I wouldve thought Denver wouldve been in on that. But again all they got was Thomas Bryant who again Im not really in love with the fit. Bryant is not going to be playing alongside LeBron to help get him easy looks on offense. So I expect his offense to take a hit and he is horrible defensively. Upgrade over Deandre for sure, but think they couldve done better than that. And I think they needed to do something to try and bring in another solid guard.

Teams that absolutely loaded up, mainly in the West, one wave after another of layers added, in the arms race are going to make this year's POs an absolute bloodbath. Unless we hear of more moves, team like Denver and Pels, even with the acquisitions they made, will perhaps look back on this deadline as a turning point. Denver is in a bigger pressure situation than the Pels, though.

76ers did well.

Did Bucks do enough? Perhaps this is all they needed. They're loaded as it is.

Cs met a big need well.

Have to check in case I missed some. SO many huge deals, and low key sneaky solid additions.

Yup, Pels are younger and arent quite on that tier of expecting to compete for a championship this year. Denver on the other hand is. And when you see teams like PHX load go out and land a MVP quality player in KD. Or the Clippers load up on a bench of solid depth. Youre move if youre Denver cant just be Bones and a 2nd for Thomas Bryant.

Trade deadline Loser: Denver
Trade deadline winner: Clippers, Suns, Bucks
